I had a wow experience staying at Plantation Bay though I have travelled to many places and stayed in very good resorts I have to say this is the best I have stayed in.

The staff - everyone was very friendly and professional they took a minute to chat with us, find out if we needed anything, also suggest things we could enjoy doing. Jesel at the SPA was superb and fantastic.

Had the most memorable great vacation at Plantation Bay a year ago and I will do it again soon. Kickstart your day at fab Kilimanjaro Kafe with daily international breakfast buffet! Sumptuous foods, great staffs/service. Then do your fave watersport (enjoyed my jetskiing and island hopping with blue boat Ms. Flirt) or hit the firing range (did that well). Relax at their first class Mogambo Springs Spa or get into the Caretela ride then finish off your day with their nightly shows and again a well catered dinner buffet! A lot to enjoy at Plantation Bay! Highly recommended for a perfect getaway.

I don’t have to worry about how much to tip. I don’t mind tipping. I just don’t know how much is enough. So this was the best thing about the hotel.

I am a grandmother on vacation with 2 daughter-in-laws and grandsons. They had a blast.

This is a beautiful place. Everything you could possible need you have. So much for children and families to do.

PS I know when you do surveys, you are told not to pick highest rating. That there is always room for improvement. Well, I felt I had to pick highest rating because this is truly the best hotel I have stayed at over my 61 years of life.
